Our story

Adrian has always had a knack for being handy. Following his father and brother around, he spent his childhood weekends tinkering in the backyard and mowing his childhood churches large property. These form some of his fondest memories.

When he finished his schooling years he jumped at the chance to study Landscape and Design while working for a roofing company. At the completion of his studies he was offered a full-time role as a builder/maintenance officer with a well renowned building/packing company. Working his way up the ladder over 10 years he ended his time at the company as the Production Manager.

It was during his years working as a manager that his passion for helping others grew. Adrian completed a Degree in Social Work - specialising in working with at risk and traumatised young people.

A few years later while on parental leave he realised he could use his many skills to help others both within their homes and their families. Spending time helping young people settle into work with his social worker skills and helping family and friends with various maintenance issues.

This lead Adrian to start his own business - taking care of everything from mowing the lawn to helping move house and all that's inbetween.

At A-Team Property Care we have a dream to one day employ young people and help them find purpose and learn skills they may not have had the chance to learn. Adrian remembers with deep fondness those hours in the backyard tinkering, mowing and learning. His heart is to share that with others.
